I like to mx, one or two cups cooked rice cauliflower with vanilla, makes a good filling riced pudding!!!

I have not had the pudding straight out of the pack but I use it to make muffins and ice cream following recipes from my cookbook. Tastes great!

I found the waffle recipe while on IP, this makes a great batter to throw in your waffle iron. It's a staple in my home you don't even need syrup!

I really like the taste. I agree that it needs to be very cold, even in the freezer works great with me too, but only for about an hour, unless you stick a plastic spoon or Popsicle stick in it and you have your own vanilla-cicle!! I am a huge fan of almond flavoring, so I have also added a drop or two of that! Just as yummy! The great thing about this pudding is that it mixes together better than some of the other brands.
