| Foundations of Fitness Nutrition | If you want to know where to start when it comes to things like dialing in your protein intake, eating for muscle gain or fat loss, or how to make sense of food labels, start here. It's the foundational college class we all should have taken, but was never offeredâ??until now.
Your hosts are two Ph.D.-level dieticians and registered nutritionists, Douglas Kalman and Susan Hewlings. They've both worked with a wide range of athletes, but are also athletes themselves, so they know the questions we've all asked repeatedly. They'll speak to the fundamental concepts of nutrition across nine videos, each diving deep into a specific topic.
The videos are all 5-15 minutes in length, so you can watch them in a row, or space them out like you're taking a college course. They can be watched individually, but we recommend watching them in sequence for maximum benefit.
Each video's individual page contains a comprehensive list of notes and important takeaways, but to help you retain crucial ideas, we have also included a workbook to go along with the course. To utilize it, print it off and follow along, or quiz yourself after watching a video. It also includes a "notes" section you can use to jot down the most important ideas for your particular situation.
