Here is the recipe for the bliss balls: 1 cup rolled oats 1 cup nuts (we used cashew) 1 cup pitted dates 1/4 cup cacao 1 tbsp maple syrup or rice malt syrup 1 tspn vanilla HOW: Blend dry ingredients together before adding everything else and mixing on high speed. Roll into balls and and coat with hemp seeds, flax meal or coconut (or anything you want!) Put into the fridge to firm up :)
