In this, What I eat in a day video, I will show you a full day of eating in my regular, daily life. I like to keep it simple, to have good and healthy food available is a must when you're on the run and work out a lot. Since a couple of months back I'm also a vegetarian, so my meals do look a bit different than before. I usually eat breakfast and the typical meal is oats with protein powder. I also eat a snack before lunch, then a snack again before dinner. To finish the day off I eat casein protein as a night meal. I think it's important to always give your body new fuel so that you always are fit for fight, both physically and psychologically.
