Portion distortion is real, guys. Over the past 20 years, everything has gotten bigger - From plates to cups, even the animals we eat have gotten bigger to accommodate a 21st century appetite! But let's be completely honest with ourselves - Everything is about moderation. By implementing simple portion control in to our edit, you're going to feel better, eat less calories, and look amazing.
One of the first places we can become portion aware is restaurants. Restaurants often serve portions that are three times the size of what's considered healthy.
