10 Eating Tips For Staying Healthy During The Holidays | Model, Holistic Nutritionist Advice

Decided to touch on the nutrition part for the holiday time! We will never have it perfect but keeping in mind these tips might help you to make better decisions! This video is not to promote STARVING yourself. This is geared towards people that find they go overboard during the holidays and end up feeling guilty or bad about their bodies. We all have those moments. PLEASE keep in mind- ENJOY LIFE, its all about balance. Eat your dessert (but also start with a salad), have a drink -I recommend vodka soda for those (grown ups) who watch their weight and want to avoid excessive amounts of sugar) AND most importantly enjoy this beautiful time a year filled with joy, love and family!
