what i eat in a day to stay healthy! these are fast meals you can make for breakfast, lunch and dinner that taste good. They are really easy to make, seriously I'm not great at cooking. Also, these meals are all pretty cheap, so it's perfect if you're in college and on a budget. Some of them are vegan, but most of these are non vegan.
