Red Lentil Dhal that maybe shouldnâ??t be called Dhal but here we are: 1 chopped onion 5 sliced mushrooms 1 cup red lentils 2 tsp mustard seeds 3 cups vegetable stock (low sodium) 1/2tbsp curry powder (adding more if needed)
You can obviously add a million other things like ginger, turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala etc. But for the sake of this video, curry powder was more than enough : )
