**Green Juice** 1/2 Cucumber 1 Baby bok choy A Handful of collard greens 10 Baby carrots 1/2 Tomato 1/2 Squeezed lime 1/4 Green Apple

**Low Fat Taco Salad** 1 Bag of shredded Iceberg Lettuce 4oz of Lean ground turkey 1/2 Cup of cherry tomatoes 2Tbs Green Taco Sauce 1/4 Cup shredded cheese 2Tbs Light Sour Cream 1/4 Cup black beans Lime juice

**Medium Green Apple** Cal: 100 Carb: 22
**Slow Cooker Chicken teriyaki, Quinoa, and Veggies (makes 6 servings, I only made 1/2 of the recipe)** 1lb chicken breast 1 cup quinoa 2 Cups beef/chicken broth 1/4 Cup of honey 1/3 Cup of low sodium soy sauce 4 Tbs rice vinegar Heaping Tsp of ground Ginger 3/4 Tsp minced garlic 1/8 tsp pepper 2 Large peppers 1oz can of pineapple 1tbs cornstarch 1 tbs water - Throw everything in the slow cooker for 6 hours on low
**Protien Chocolate Cake** 1 Scoop of Ideal Lean Chocolate Protein 1tsp of baking soda Small spoonfull of cocopowder 1 tsp Stevia 1/2 Tbs coconut oil 1/4 Cup Organic Unsweetened applesauce 1 Serving of Arctic Zero Vanilla microwave for about 1 minute
