Recipe of Alloo Matar Curry - Boil 8-9 tomatoes and mash them - Add 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in your pressure cooker - Add Ginger and Garlic finely chopped in the oil and then add mashed tomatoes into it - Add spices according to tase - keep it on high flame till cooked and then add chopped potatoes and peas into the paste - Steam it for at least 15mins - For this salad recipe i have mixed my main course alloopeas curry with couscous to make a salad ----------------------------------------ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ----------------------------------Â-Â-Â-Â- My Links: VLOG CHANNEL : https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCAz8...
