Hey everyone, welcome back! This is my first WHAT I EAT IN A DAY so please be nice :) I recently gave up dairy and most meats because it was really negatively affecting my skin and I was having a lot of stomach issues. I've seen a huge difference so far! However, I am not perfect, I don't always eat healthy and this video definitely isn't a perfect diet. BUT I still thought you guys would be interested to see how I've been eating lately. Everyone eats differently; there isn't a right way or a bad way so no judgement here! This is just to share some inspiration and some ideas with you all. I hope you all enjoy it. Give it a thumbs up if you liked it so I'll know to do more "healthy living" videos for you guys!
