[cinnamon bun oatmeal] for a typical serving:
â?? 1 cup dairy-free milk â?? 3/4 cups oats â?? 1 tablespoon coconut flour â?? 1 tablespoon coconut sugar â?? 1 tsp cinnamon [itâ??s amazing if you add some nutmeg too] â?? 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
on top: â?? 2 tablespoons dairy free milk â?? 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder â?? cinnamon
[avocado lime dip] â?? 1/2 avocado â?? 1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise â?? 2 tablespoons dairy free milk, more/less depending on how liquid you want it â?? juice of 1/2 lime
[zucchini pasta] â?? for the pasta I used 2 large zucchinis
[lentil sauce] â?? 1/2 cup lentils â?? 3 tablespoons tomato paste â?? 1 cup tomato sauce â?? 1 chopped up roma tomato â?? sprinkle of salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and rosemary
