It is hard to initiate and maintain good healthy relationships when there is no motivation to do so. It is difficult to take academics and education seriously when there is no motivation to do so. We don't want you to only experience physical fitness, rather we want you to exercise your life, your brain, and most importantly your character. So, whether you live in the gym working out, or you are in high school, college, the university, or in your career, working as an entrepreneur or whatever the case may be, we want you to stay fit holistically.
