Please Note I followed these steps from past 8 months post pregnancy to loose pregnancy weight/ fat and to tone my body back to pre pregnancy stage. Do not crash diet till 6 months post pregnancy if you are breastfeeding, after 3 months can try abdominal exercises, do not eat too many oily food, everything should be in moderation.Post pregnancy the fat is deposited on breast, abdominal area/stomach/belly, thighs and legs so eating healthy and moderate and regular exercise is required.
