After I filmed my weight loss experience video for you last year you lovelies kept requesting another How to lose weight and get a summer body video from me so HERE IT IS! I'm telling you how I lost 50 pounds, how to lose 50 pounds and how to lose weight in general. I'm also talking about what I eat in a day, for breakfast, lunch and dinner and my skincare and workout/exercise routine! This is just how it worked for me and my personal opinion/experience so please don't get offended if you don't like it! I'm just sharing my positive experience with you and maybe it might help you somehow!
Recipes:
Scrambled Egg:
1 egg yolk 3-4 egg whites a dash of milk all kinds of spices (to your favor) (additional: onions, ham/turkey)
Fry the onions and the ham, scramble the egg and add the onions/ham. Eat with cottage cheese.
