INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:
Green Dream Power Smoothie -Just under 1 scoop Vega Protein Smoothie in Tropical Tango http://myvega.com/product/protein-smo... -Half a banana -11/2 cups frozen fruit -Handful (or about a cup) fresh spinach -1 cup coconut water -1 spoonful chia seeds **For a super green smoothie, limit the use of red berries as they'll cause the mixture to go brown!
Spring Pasta Salad -Frozen cooked shrimp -Brown rice pasta -Annie's Green Garlic salad dressing -Bundle of asparagus -Handful of grape tomatoes -Crumbled Feta cheese -Freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste (optional)
Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Avocado Pudding -2 ripe avocados (It's REALLY important that the avocados are ripe!) -1/3 cup pure cocoa powder -1/3 cup pure honey -3 tbsp. coconut oil -1 tsp. vanilla extract -1/2 tsp. chia seeds -Justin's Honey Peanut Butter (Almond butter or any other nut butter can also be used) -Fresh fruit for topping (optional) ________________________
