I started dieting hard, lifting everyday, and doing cardio starting in June 2011. I lost 40 pounds that summer and continued to lose another 20 lbs throughout my junior year of high school. The footage of fat bobby was recorded in January of 2011 and the after footage was recorded in August 2012.
