I've decided to follow CharlieJames1975 in her challenge this week of no sugar and I"m going to be posting videos of me doing her daily workouts to help motivate myself and to keep me accountable to finish the challenge for the whole week. I know I"m not in the best shape yet, this is me starting and you get to follow along and watch my progress. Just watch my pets, they are way more interesting to watch than me! :P
