So...how did I get on with the 'HOT FOR HALLOWEEN' challenge? Watch my final update to find out, & be sure to leave a comment on how you're getting on health-wise! Clips of lots of healthy food options snippets from my various workouts of the week :)
And remember guys, as I said in the video...the challenge (30 minutes of daily activity, 2L of water a day, 2 fruits/3veggies a day) should be a lifelong challenge, and you can pick up these habits or re-start this challenge any time you need a boost in motivation or some stepping stones to get BACK on the right track. These are just the things I personally do to make sure I get back to 'healthy habits' & that's my whole thing.
