My Beachbody Transformation post c-section and 64 lbs later!
This is my transformation from a c-section and 64 lbs to lose. I could have said "screw it, there is no way I can get in shape after every layer of my abdominal muscles were severed and 65lbs to lose" but I used this as a driving force. With 65 lbs to lose, I knew I had my work cut out for me. But, I wanted it...BAD! P90X, Insanity and Les Mills PUMP as well as replacing one meal a day with Shakeology and eating clean helped me reach my goals in 11 months. The time frame doesn't matter though--its not a sprint, its not a quick fix or fad diet, this is a LIFESTYLE-- its a journey and, boy am I enjoying the ride! I will always be striving to reach new fitness goals. So, am I done? NO WAY! I am looking forward to the next journey and where it takes me! This is a journey and I am THOROUGHLY enjoying the ride!
