Insanity Results before and after - 60 Day Program
http://www.FitPhatty.com Hey Yal .. Well here is my pictures from Round 1 of Insanity. I have come a long way from wher ei started. I can do more and I have way more energy. I am happy with my results, but i want more frommyself. Of course I had a bum foot during this round but I feel its better now and i am going to push hard this time. I want to completely get rid of alllll this fat I have and get those back rolls down. I am starting another round of insanity because I know that doing insanity will get it off. i have to control my eatting and make sure that when im doing insanity workouts that i stay in the right form and dont try to do it fast in the wrong form.
