If you're thinking of getting in shape from home, P90X is definitely your best option. But I'd recommend connecting with me first to make sure you're getting the most out of your P90X Results!
In March '11 I was over 180 lbs and 25% body fat. After 90 days of intense working out, great nutrition and the right supplements, I completely transformed my body. By June 23, I was 153lbs, 11.6% body fat and with the p90x diet, had a sixpack for the first time in my life. A year later I'm now down to 7% body fat and will be on the P90X2 infomercial!
