I started hooping on August 1, 2010, I fell in love instantly and started documented my progress, never planning to share. In December I started trying to lose weight AGAIN. Now, 8 months later, I have lost over 60lbs and counting. Even though hooping itself didn't cause me to lose weight, I owe every pound to my love for hoop dance. I found myself with hoop dance.
