This is my P90X and Shakeology transformation results story. It didn't just change my life physically and emotionally, it gave me a new and second chance at life. My boys have a new Mom they have never known. A Mom that is no longer 281 lbs and ashamed to take them places, afraid of leaving them early due to failing health and not living life in general but rather was sitting back in isolation from the world for 20 years. I am no longer self conscious of myself as a person and my physical appearance but rather proud, happy and confident for the first time in my life. I'm confident that I will be here for a very long time to raise my children and watch them grow into great parents themselves now that I am setting proper examples for them. P90X taught me how to exercise properly as well as give my body the proper nutrients and foods that it needed to live and perform. Shakeology changed my health in ways I can't explain!
