P90X Before and After Pictures and Measurements - Day 42
http://www.FatLossBlogger.com - Today was day 42 of P90X and it's time for another photo and measurement update.
This week went really well and I saw some great progress with the ab workout and also with my conditioning. I didn't get sick during any of the P90X workouts this week, which makes my day in and of itself.
The diet continues to go well and I'm still following the P90X nutrition plan.
