It is easy to use, but I found it to be too thick. I add more water than recommended to cut down on the thickness. I will buy more, but I prefer the vanilla flavor and texture.

I like the flavor and nutrition but it does not mix well no matter how much and how vigorously I shake it. It only mixes well for me when i mix it in the Ninja which defeats the purpose of portable convenience.
