I’d say if you have to do low volume eating due to surgery these would be a life-saver. For me I like to call it “good with ‘friends’ “ because I pair it with other things or use it as a seasoning packet. Hot sauce definitely helps.

Good to try a variety of flavors. Unfortunately, none really resonated with me. The cream soups have a tendency to be too clumpy.

It has been a good to learn which ones of these soups I like the most. The key to the ones with a cream base is to not make the water too hot. It makes the 'cream' clumpy. It effects the taste too. So to enjoy them the best, make the water less hot than you would for tea, definitely not boiling!!

I ordered the variety pack to taste some different soups before ordered just one flavor. I am very happy with this selection. Some I loved and some were not to my taste. But I tried it and I know what I like. I would recommend this if you want some variety also. I also added to some of them. For example right after surgery I had some issues getting enough fluids. So I added some plain store broth to the soups, increased the volume and in some cases improved my likability.

The cream of broccoli is absolutely horrid!! No other way to describe it. Everything else takes an imagination. The chicken and pasta is definitly the best.

I was not too impressed with the cream of broccoli or the cream of chicken=they did not mix well and I ended up with a lot of lumps. However, I was pleased with the chicken bullion and the tomato and the beef-though the beef was a bit grainy twards the bottom. I am going to order the cream of mushroom and see what that is like.

I enjoyed these soups. These helped get me through the liquid and soft foods phases after my gastric bypass. I bought a second variety pack because I couldn't decide which one I liked best.
