These iron chews taste great! It makes it much easier to remember to take iron since the flavor of chocolate and raspberries is so good. It doesn't taste like iron at all.

Did not work for me

I was taking 6 a day, 180mg because my iron level is low. I ate high iron foods. Five weeks later I had blood work done and my iron level went down. It did not work for me. Tastes good.

Very very chewy and way too sweet

Some people might like chocolate and cherry in combination - I happen to hate it. This chewy is extremely chewy - a softer chew would be nice. I prefer caramel or vanilla or just plain chocolate, but add cherry and euw!! I am eating these because I don't like swallowing pills and I prefer chewies to biting on things. These are not so bad, if there is no other choice, but please, give me a choice!!!!

Can't tolerate the artificial sweeteners!

I should have known that "sugar free" equates to added chemicals. These taste ok but the added sucralose KILLS my gut. I've been bloated/gassy with GI issues since the day after I started taking them. I have a hard time finding an iron supplement that I can tolerate. I don't even care if they taste bad if it helps raise my hemoglobin level, but the price I pay for "good tasting" supplements is just too much.

I had a tendency to be anemic prior to gastric bypas sand was already on iron. I take one of these per day and I have a good iron level with no anemia. Love the taste.
