This tastes just like the cappuccino in the way they are both creamy and have froth on the top. Tasty as hell and a great item for low calories and high protein content! Always a re-order item for me.

If you are like me, I cannot stomach any food when I wake up. This is the next best alternative. Although you have to mix it really well (it doesn't all dissolve like it should) it is still a tasty alternative!
