Super thick and doubly delicious. Mix in blender with 7oz. of water and 2 small handfuls of ice and to me it tastes like a McDonalds shake.

I make mine with either water or low-fat milk, Making it with milk keeps me from getting hungry longer than with water, but both taste great! I am steady loosing!!

These protein shakes are delicious. I love everything from protidiet. I drink one everyday on my way home from work. I prefer chocolate, but sometimes I add a half a tbsp of sugar free/fat free instant jello flavoring to the vanilla and make a pudding shake (banana cream and pistachio are my faves.)
