Love how this meal replacement shake isn’t too sweet, I mix it with the strawberry and love it! This tastes great no matter how or what you use to make your shakes. 11 months of using this product & will continue to do so.

So far I have only tried chocolate. I have this shake for breakfast or dinner. I cut up a banana and freeze it. In a blender, I add the frozen banana, 2 scoops of the powder, 3-4 ice cubes and 8oz of water. It will be thick and delicious and will make a large shake. Enjoy!

I am overweight and have been for much of my life. I am not considering bariatric surgery, but am looking to control my weight and sugar intake (I have no delusions that I will ever be a size 2, but would like to be a little smaller and healthier). I was previously on a premade shake for breakfast and sometimes lunch, but they were discontinued. I have searched far and wide and found this shake to be the absolute best...my husband even likes it and will ask for it for breakfast every now and again. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking to consume more nutrients, watch their weight, control their sugar, and not feel completely deprived in doing so. This product has help me develop healthier eating habits; small changes really do help. When I am at work I will mix this shake with water with a couple of ice cubes (it is just easier), but when I am at home I do enjoy the milkshake taste and feel so I use skim milk.

I am 4 month’s post-op and been using a prepared shake which was very good, but a little expensive. Well today I received my Bariatric Advantage chocolate shakes. I used 30 calorie a cup almond milk which I poured into the shaker cup first, then 2 scoops of BA. Shook it up well and tasted the most delicious, delightfully filling shake I’ve had yet. Thank you for introducing me to this fantastic meal supplement. I LOVE IT!!

Having to lose some weight before the surgery as well as shrink my liver some It was suggested to try these meal replacement shakes. I have tried both Chocolate and Vanilla and have stuck with the Chocolate...I am a chocolate freak and really particular about trying things like this but was happy that they taste really great...I make some up ahead of time and store in the fridge...just shake up a bit before drinking and I am good to go. I would definitely give them a go.

This is my absolute favorite so far! You can't go wrong with Chocolate, which tastes really good with both water & milk. No gritty taste, no chalky after taste and it makes mixes so well in my Blender Shaker cup with the wired ball. I am so glad I decided to give these a try, it's going to make my post-op meals so much easier!
