The only problem with this is the amount is so small. Perfect amount of spicy to cheese. The texture is fine too!

Recommend preparing on stove top

Another amazing product for a "diet food unit." I tried the microwave preparation method in what I thought was a reasonably sized bowl the first time I made this. It boiled over and I lost some of the great sauce. Immediate note to self on the box with marker: Stove Top Only. Same amount of time, and it is less messy, for me. I don't start with hot water as on the box. I heat the water in a small sauce pan then add the envelope contents.

I followed other reviews and let it soak for a few hours before eating. Pasta was fluffy and very good. Flavor reminded me of hamburger helper and was satisfying. I didn’t measure my water so it was a bit soupy. Not stellar but will do the job.

This entree exploded in my microwave. I tried again and was not a fan. The “meat” texture is not for me. The smell of this dish reminds me of Optavia chili. That might be why it’s so stomach turning to me. I was not a fan of that fueling on that plan.

Nothing on Medifast compares to this. I sprayed a large coffee mug with nonstick spray, and let the mix soak in boiling water for a few minutes. Microwaved at 70%, stirring every 30 seconds, for a few minutes. When it cooled to warm, it was perfect!! Soft noodles, and the sauce was almost creamy. Deliciously seasoned.

Very tasty and filling for a low cal dish. Small serving but I paired it with a spinach salad and was very satisfied for hours. Love that its meatless.
