I love using this when making a morning smoothie. I usually mix with cucumber or mixed greens to get a great jump on my day. When mixed with greens, which can sometimes leave a very "green" after taste, berry blast flavor comes through. This is one of my go-to drinks along with the orange pineapple.

I had Bariatric surgery about 6 years ago and wanted a "water" I could drink that not only hydrated me but provided the added nutrients I need. I mix one packet of Berry Blast along with 2 Tbs of Fiber powder and 2 packets of Eco Drink vitamin powder to a 64oz jug of water. I love it.
But even as a percentage protein boost... it hits the spot.

I have been purchasing this product since 2015 and loved it. The last 2 times it has come it had a new name o the box and packets something like berry passion. First time it happened I rechecked order.
But, I swear it tastes different now.
Ok flavor now, but loved the Berry Blast packets, the ones that come now taste almost bitter.

Love the taste! It's so delicious and fruit-punch-esque that it makes hitting my daily water intake goals sooo much easier. Plus, I love how much protein I'm getting! Definitely trying this one again!
