I like that you take this on the go and eat right out of the bag. No milk or water needed. It tastes better with milk, but if you travel or have a job that you need portable snacks, this is a great option.

While I occasionally like the honey nut flavor, this is my go-to, guilt-free cereal for breakfast. Good taste, crunchy, & meets my nutrient requirement ratios. This brand also has 7 packs per box instead of the other brand (similar taste & nutrients), which has 5 packs for the same price

I love this product and it has helped keep my weight loss off for about 2 years; however, this time it took 8 days including a weekend to be received. The normal time is 5 days and I realize it's the shipper and not Nashua; although the end result is the same. Too much time in the heat (of course the sample protein bar was totally melted. I don't feel I can order again during the summer months. Too bad!!

Oh I have missed cereal! These are satisfying and meet that craving for cereal. I am in phase 1 of IPA so I use my 1oz of approved skim milk in the morning with these.
