I was looking for an alternative soup option and this is a great alternative if you're looking for a creamed style soup instead of the watered down typical soup.

Very hard to mix without getting clumps. Very little flavor.

I have tried several different brands of the soups and by far this is the brand I like the most. It doesn't taste fake and has a good flavor, I mix it in 2 cups of cauliflower and makes a fast filling meal. It would also make a good gravy, will have to try that!

My husband and I really love this soup. I remember thinking when I first tried it how it felt like I was eating real food. LOL I love the creaminess and the overall taste. It didn't taste like "protein". This was great to have this past winter. I highly recommend this. We follow Ideal Protein using alternative products and this is a unrestricted food, which can really be hard to find. ;)
