    Okay but I prefer other chocolate puddings

    This chocolate pudding is... okay... but for me it doesn't have a real dark chocolate taste and somehow generally doesn't hit the mark for a chocolate flavor. I prefer some of the other chocolate puddings that Nashua offers.

    I purchased this so I would have a snack at night that satisfied my chocolate craving but was still healthy. I love the flavor and texture and it satisfies my need for chocolate.

    Did the formula change?

    THIS WAS MY FAVORITE...I was buying the dark chocolate pudding made by WLS back in 2015 as part of the Ideal Protein diet. Never had any issues. As it was my favorite flavor, I recently purchased 3 boxes and have been very disappointed with the texture / lumpiness. No matter how much I stir with a spoon, or a whisk, I am unable to dissolve the lumps.
    I also like it extra cold, and will freeze it for 20 minutes or so prior to eating. I mix it with cold water, try to dissolve all the lumps, and when I put it in the freezer, it comes out thinner / runnier than when I put it in.
    The WLS hazelnut mocha (with splenda) does not do either.
    This is not Nashua Nutritions fault - but I would encourage them to encourage WLS to go back to the old formula or offer the dark chocolate flavor with the same ingredients as the hazelnut mocha.

    I want to like it...but too bitter. I may try a non-dark chocolate version. And I normally choose dark chocolate over milk chocolate.

    Ok but not great

    I’m finding it difficult to find a great dark chocolate pudding that matches Ideal Protein. The consistency is kind of thick and sticky. Many of the other brands are worse and some contain aspartame which isn’t allowed so I’m eating it. But compared to your other products this is my least favorite and unfortunately was my go to dessert each night.

    This by far is my favorite pudding, its texture is like that of mousse. The flavor is Awesome..I add light cool whip as well...Great TREAT!
