I love Kay's cereal, but these were on sale so I gave it a shot and bought a box. It left a bitter after taste and had a hard consistency. I do not recommend.

I'm a cinnamon lover and this has a nice crunch too. I like a bowl of cereal in the evenings, and this helps keep the calories down and protein up.

I know this is meant to be a breakfast item, but it's great as a portable snack. It's yummy and addictive, and the single-pack helps to avoid over-indulging.
