Directions
| Empty contents of one packet into a large cup or bowl. Add 1 cup (240 ml) of cold water. Stir until smooth. Stovetop: Heat on medium while stirring occasionally until boiling point is reached. Microwave: Heat on HIGH power for 1 minute 30 seconds. Remove from microwave, mix and reheat for another 30 seconds. Allow to rest before eating. |

This is a smooth and tasty soup that can be use as a sauce with vegetables easily

Decent flavor and filling with extra vegetables added. Sometimes when you add things to give a soup more body it will lose flavor. This soup didn’t do that.

I add tons of mushrooms and salt and pepper. It's good and works for the diet.
