I really like to use this as a shake for my breakfast. I use 8 ounces of water and add a little bit of ice. After a few minutes it thickens into a delicious "shake". I find the flavor to be pleasant and it's not overly sweet. Highly recommend!

While I’ve had other puddings with a richer taste and better consistency, thus pudding is low in carbs and sodium but with sufficient protein. I am used to a dark chocolate pudding so this obviously isn’t quite what I would choose but I return to buy it to use as an evening dessert. It’s a great product.

It’s obviously not really pudding but when you’re missing chocolate, it does just the trick. I also found that adding a little bit of Walden farms chocolate syrup too it makes it that much better.

I ordered this based on my experience with ProtiDiet hot cocoa, which I love. I have used other brands of pudding over the years, this brand does not taste as good or mix as smoothly as other brands offered at Nashua Nutrition in my opinion and based on recent use. I have to use a scissor to open the pouch, which I don't like either. I have 2 1/2 boxes which will go to the back of my pantry and be a last resort back-up pudding for me.

I love this pudding! It is smooth and creamy, while being high in protein, calcium, and low in sodium--all values that are very important to a health-conscious consumer such as myself. It satisfies my desires for both something wonderfully chocolatey AND nutritious!"

This pudding has a good consistency and the flavor is fairly good. However, if you're expecting a rich chocolate taste this probably won't hit the spot. For how low carb and calorie it is though, I wouldn't expect much better. It's unrestricted on the Ideal Protein diet as well.
