Loved the Cream of Chicken and Cream if Broccoli Soups and decided to try this one. It did not disappoint. I make it very thick like a sauce and have it for lunch aling with a salad. Very filling.

Good for when you want a little something different. Add to ground beef as a gravy, or, add cooked mushrooms to the soup.

My husband made this for me. He went low on the water. It was more like a sauce than a soup. I enjoyed it.

I like mushroom soup and will add mushrooms to it to add body to the soup.
This got four stars because it lacks a little flavor - even with the added mushrooms.
