Love this oatmeal! it will fill you up. My only problems with it is the soy and sucralose they use to make it. Soy can mess with your thyroid, and sucralose is sugar molecules removed and replaced with chlorine, which turns into a kind of PCB. Not good!

I always make breads or muffins out of my packets. I have a cookbook for IP products called Janeva’s cookbook with recipes using the Ideal Protein packets. I made a chocolate loaf bread with the chocolate pudding and oatmeal packet and it was delicious. I couldn’t tell the difference between the Health Smart oatmeal and the Ideal Protein oatmeal
